What are the production times？
Production times differ greatly by product category, but generally, it takes from 10 days to 80 days from production start to finish, which can be reduced if we have your particular items in production already. For more detailed information please check our products database or contact the sales team.
Delivery time after productin?
The delivery time to: Europe - 30-40 days. USA - 12 days to the West Coast. To the East Coast: 30 days. Africa - South 30 days. North - 25 days. West - 40 days. East - 20 days. South America - North 30 days. South - 40 days In case of urgent need of good we can arrange delivery via auto to Europe (10-20 days) or Air anywhere in the world (7 days)
What warranty do you provide?
For all the products warranty is 12 months after telex release, for automotive parts we additionally provide warranty based on the number of kilometres travelled.
Can you provide samples?
We are delighted to provide you with 1-2 samples for each category for free. The only charge would be a delivery fee to your country which may be deducted from your first order. Feel free to discuss this with our sales team.
